When we were looking into RVs several years ago, a lady with Kiko Kountry walked us though all the Rvs IN OUR PRICE RANGE. She was friendly and didn't pressure us. When we decided we were ready to purchase, the Kiko Kountry in Cabot was the first we stopped at. We had a chance to look at several campers and features. The salesman was very friendly and even told us about some models at the Mayflower location. He said he could pull them up online or even get a unit brought to that location within a few days. We just drove there to look. Our 2nd Kiko Kountry of the day was much the same experience. The salesmen were friendly and allowed us to ask all the questions. When we didn't see exactly what we wanted, he took us inside and checked inventory. We found one of interest in Bryant. Again, he offered to bring that unit to Mayflower for us to look at. We just went to Bryant, our 3rd location in the same day. When we got there, they had that unit completely set up with power and water for us to look at!!!! Needless to say, that was the unit we purchased. Our experience with the staff of Kiko Kountry just went up from there. They were knowledgeable about their units and explained every detail of our new RV. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you so much to the staff at ALL 3 locations and the lady we discovered was their insurance agent.

I gave Kiko's Kountry the highest rating because of their customer treatment and quality of repairs. An air conditioning system would not work. The service department troubleshot, made recommendations, got warranty approvals, and scheduled a convenient day/time. We dropped off our 5th Wheel on the scheduled date and had the work done in time to be able to take the RV to the campsite at a convenient time to set it up. So pleased to be able to use the A/C again and to cool the rig better than we have had it before.

I really cant say enough about my experience at Kikis in Cabot. From the moment I walked in I knew I was at the right place. Dixie treats you like a friend. She knows her campers. She was training Gina and and I know she is going to be a great addition to the Kikos family. If you are looking for a camper this is the place to go. I just wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Dixie is the bomb.com she knew what I was looking for that was in my price range and payments...she got me EXACTLY what I wanted. We love love love our new Shasta Camper!!! The guys that did the walk thru were amazing and answered all our questions...if we every need another camper/RV I will be sure to go to Kiko's in Cabot Oh and Matt in financing was the nicest you'll ever meet. Very enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience at Kikos in Cabot. Chris Raines was friendly, helpful and informative. He was straight with us and not pushy at all. Easy dealing with everyone there!

I would like to thank Rick Reid at the sherwood location. We had a problem with our camper the first time we took it out. I sent him a text on Thursday night (after hours) and he called me within 30 minutes. He tried to help me over the phone, when this didn't work he told me to bring it back on Friday and he would have it fixed. Since this was our first trip I really wanted to stay at the campsite. He said to call him on Sunday when we finished. We live in Marion and was camping in Heber Springs, so on Sunday I called Rick at he meet me at the Sherwood location to drop off our camper so it could be serviced. This saved us a trip to Marion then back to Sherwood on Monday. Rick was also very helpful thru the purchasing process and to open up on Sunday so we could drop off our camper on our way home. I just can't think him enough...

I cant say enough about the service Ive received from KiKos RV. Everyone from the owner, Kim, to Mr. Reed, the GM at the Cabot store, to Eric and Stephanie at service, and the service manager Mr. Jimmy were all professional and caring. Had an issue with getting some warranty work approved. Kim got it taken care of very quickly, I call her the rainmaker, because she made it happen! I must admit I did not buy the camper there mainly because of inventory issues due to covd 19, but they treated me like I did. Not sure if this is my last camper but I know this will be the last dealer I ever do business with! Skip the big box camper dealers, they wont even call you back, and go over and see the best staff and owners in Central Arkansas, KiKos RV. Robert

I needed some warranty work done on my 2018 Redwood 3881ES. Redwood headquarters gave me several selections. I choose the Mayflower shop since they were close to my daughter's home (Conway). With the help of Eric, Dana, and Stephanie the parts were finally identified and secured. The service department did a great job even though we had 4 days of rain delays. I felt like a very valued customer and do plan on having other work done by this RV place.

I just spent my first two nights in my new Braxton Creek Bushwacker 10FB Camper. The 2nd night, I was sitting by my campfire and looking at my new rig, and it occurred to my I could not have purchased a more perfect camper for my needs. I am very impressed with everything about Kiko's & particularly my salesman, Kirby Baggett. Everything he said this camper would be, IT IS. If you are in the market for any type of RV/Camper, I highly recommend Kiko"s Kountry RV. You will not regret it.

Danny, Shawne, Kirby, RV Randy, and Dakota we all really wonderful to work with. Danny helped us so much in the finance department. He is very personable and was really helpful when coming to purchasing our RV. Shawne, Kirby, and RV Randy were all great when showing us RVs and what we could get in our price range. Dakota was extremely helpful for this first time RV buyer when we went through our walk through with him. He gave us so much helpful information.

We used Mayflower location and we are very pleased with our purchase, We walked in with buying a RV in mind we had done our research on what we wanted. Kirby meet me at the door greeted me with a pleasant come on in, My husband and I set at the table with Kirby and looked at the list of what he had on the lot. We picked out 4 and we where wanting to look at.. while setting there everyone that worked there came by and spoke to us(great people) the finance guy Danny Rice even walked around with us on the lot (that never happens ) we found the one that we liked they walked away and let my husband and I talk about it( they didn't push us) We where ready to talk numbers, Danny got us where we needed to be on price with great APR. We had a guy named Ricky that did the walk through and explained everything to us and was very patient with us (very personable) when making a large purchase like we did is usually very stressful.. not this time it was very nice not being stressed out... Mayflower location(Kirby, Danny Ricky) you guys rock. Thank you so much for making feel like family!

I was very satisfied with the overall experience and service. They were very professional and delivered on all that was promise. My family and I really enjoyed the seven campers that we rented and strongly recommend them to others.

We really appreciated the emergency service this past Saturday, as we returned from Texas to Wisconsin. We waited on hold at other places, and even our home dealership wasn't able to help much. Kiko's answered the phone, told us to come on by, and worked us in right away. Rickey was very helpful, listened to the input/troubleshooting I had to offer, and came up with a simple solution to move and re-attach the slide-out limit switch stop-block with me. He went the extra mile to check the other end of the slide/other stop-block set-screws, and helped re-attach the trim-cover I had removed for access. We'd highly recommend Kiko's to anyone local, or passing through, due to the outstanding service!Andy & Rebecca

When we arrived we were greeted like family. Danny was our sales person who went out of his way to help us find the camper that fit our needs and had everything we wanted. When we asked a question he didn't hesitate to answer it or if he didn't know the answer he found someone who knew the answer. Best buying experience I have ever had!!
